DAY 01: … / LIMA

Arrival in Lima, reception and transfer to the chosen hotel, rest.
Additional tourist activities are recommended.

DAY 02: CUSCO | CITY TOUR + 4 ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES

Breakfast.
At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Cusco.
Arrival, reception and welcome, then transfer to the chosen hotel.
13:30hrs We pick you up from the hotel to take the City Tour.
You will visit the main square of Cusco. Most of the constructions preserve the colonial style.
Then, you will visit the temple of Qoricancha, the maximum expression of the Inca architecture, which is also currently the Convent of Santo Domingo.
Next, you will visit the Cathedral, being the main church of Cusco, characterized by its Renaissance and colonial style.
Finally, you will visit the four ruins surrounding Cusco which are Sacsayhuaman, great fortress, famous for its huge carved stones, Qenqo, center of worship of the god Puma, place where human sacrifices were made. Puca Pucara, red fortress, due to the color of the stones, and Tambomachay, archaeological site destined to the cult to the water where the head of the Inca Empire rested.
Return to Cusco.

DAY 03: CUSCO : SACRED VALLEY

Breakfast.
08:30hrs Pick up from hotel for tour.
You will visit Pisaq where you will appreciate the archaeological complex, as well as visit the Typical Handicrafts Market, where you can buy beautiful handicrafts. You will continue your journey along the Vilcanota River bank, until you arrive at Urubamba, where you will have an exquisite buffet lunch.
Then you will visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca towns, its streets maintain the same outline of the time of the Incas and you will tour the wonderful archaeological complex located there, you will also visit the town of Chinchero, a small Inca and colonial town.
Return to Cusco at 18:30hrs.

DAY 04: CUSCO | MACHU PICCHU

Breakfast.
The guide will pick you up at your hotel to take you to the train station. Then, to board the train that will take you to the town of Aguas Calientes. You will take the bus to go up to Machu Picchu.
Arriving at the archaeological complex, you will begin the guided tour for a period of approximately 2 hours. You will observe the agricultural zone, the urban sector, you will enter by the door to the temple of the sun, the stone quarries, the botanical garden, the Plaza of the Temples, three windows, the solar clock or intihuatana, the sacred Rock, among others, then you will have a free time to appreciate the majestic place and to take pictures.
After the tour of the main attractions of the Archaeological Sanctuary, you will board the bus to descend to Aguas Calientes, where you will have lunch waiting for the arrival of the return train and then head to Cusco.
Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the train station to take you to your hotel.

Breakfast.
Coordinated time, transfer to Cusco Airport to board the flight back to Lima.
