An afternoon in the Folkloric Capital of San Martin

In this tour to Lamas you will be able to know some of the most important cultural and folkloric attractions of the whole area of ​​Tarapoto. The first stop of the trip will be in the picturesque medieval castle of Lamas, a unique place in the whole Amazon to be built and decorated as a fortress of medieval Europe. Then we will know the centennial culture of the huaycos, descendants of the first settlers of the region. We will visit the indigenous museum and we will visit the huayco neighborhood where you can also buy ceramics and handmade products made by the indigenous people. To finish we will move to the main square and the Lamas viewpoint from where we will say goodbye with a nice panoramic view of the valley.
